What type of guarantees do you offer? We quarantee 100% customer satisfaction. This means that we're not finished until you are totally satisfied with the project and the services you recieved.
How long does it take to create a web site?
This is like asking how long it takes to build a house. This really depends on the amount of customization and size of your proposed web site. Although, generally we can build an averaged sized website within 2-4 weeks.
What is it like to build a web site?
The process is simple and we make sure that you are as much involved as you want to be. We will be sure you understand what we're doing, our project timeline status and are proactive in taking care of problems before they happen. For everything we do, we start by sitting down with you to fully understand your goals and needs. We then offer a solution to fit your need. Every 2 weeks we give you a status report.
Will you use templates to build my web site?
That is a 100% No. We do not use templates, customize templates nor do we 're-use' any web sites we have built in the past. Every site we build is 100% custom and 100% original.
What kind of communication will you maintain with us?
We have a general company wide rule to respond to any email or phone call from our customers within 24 hours during the week and 36 hours during the weekend.
Are there any hidden fees?
We have no hidden fees. We let you know any and all costs up-front as well as any potential future costs so you can make the most well-informed decision.
Can you create a site where we can edit the content ourselves?
Yes we can. This is called a CMS or Content Management System and it can be integrated with your web site.
What kind of support do I recieve after my web site is created?
After a web site is completed and closed-out, we give a 14 day full support for any web site revisions. After the 14 day revision period, we offer a "pay-per-service" or a "monthly maintenance" option for you. Any costs regarding this will be known up-front before the start of the web site building process.
We want to do an E-Commerce web site. What billing vendors do you recommend?
We recommend Authorize.net. We can work with you if you have a preferred vendor, however Authorize.net is the vendor we like to use due to their reliability, security and reputation.
Can I use my Outlook with my email account?
